Hydraulic units Daikin - EcoRich

Daikin Hybrid Hydraulic Systems

Bibus represents Daikin, a Japanese company with a great name in the global air conditioning and air systems market. Daikin also includes a hydraulic division, where it pays off the know-how with its inventive engine, which makes their hydraulic units (EcoRich, SuperUnit) and cooling units (AKZ-series) more energy efficient.

EcoRich (EHU)

Highly efficient IPM engines (inventor engine, superior IE4 efficiency, neodymium alloy stator magnets) combined with Daikin's dedicated, almost constant pressure / flow solution, allow up to 30-50% reduction in energy consumption compared to competing units.
Thanks to the low engine inertia and high rated torque at low speed and inventor frequency control, it is possible to use the unit even in more demanding applications (transition from pressure maintenance to maximum flow in 0.1 s). Conventional variable and constant speed axial pumps will not achieve such a rate of change.

  • Energy saving
  • Low waste heat production
  • Nost Compactness
  • Resistance to environmental pollution (dust)
  • Working / ambient temperature - 40 ° C
  • The EHU series is now newly complemented by 400 V / 60 Hz (EHU3007-40-Y)
  • CE Declaration of Conformity for the entire model range

At BIBUS we also provide spare parts distribution for the new 40 series (Design 40 series) and for the older 30 series.

EcoRich R

The model order labeled R differs from the basic model by adding an analogue control input. The unit can be preset to 16 different PQ program settings (working pressure P, flow Q). The unit control unit then automatically regulates the smooth (also adjustable) transition between programs to a preset pressure or flow. These programs can be manually entered on the control panel or externally via the standard RS-232C serial line (pressure, flow, time RAMPS transition - acceleration, deceleration, etc.). The 0-10V analogue input for pressure and flow control allows you to manually control the speed transients and the pressure applied.

Super Unit – Inverter Hydraulic Unit

Daikin's most powerful multi-function aggregate range generating a rated maximum pressure of up to 210 bar at a flow rate of 100 l / min. The SuperUnit agragát is able to save up to 50% of its energy consumption compared to conventional axial pumps thanks to its rotary motor (tandem pump + frequency control). Low temperature fluctuation in combination with Daikin Extraction Cooling enables application in high-precision CNC machining centers.
The units are divided into two sub-assemblies for single pump aggregates and tandem aggregates with two pumps of different geometric volumes. In this connection, only one or the other pump is active most of the time (according to the current pressure output), both pumps are only triggered automatically at peak load times.
The unit can also be controlled via a SW environment (Hybrid Win), where the current status of the unit can be monitored or process parameters can be changed (pressure, flow, editing of pressure-cycle cycles - program preselection). The software diagnostics then warns early on potential problematic nodes of the Aggregate that need attention during maintenance (Industry 4.0).
